OUR LEADERSHIP WIGS: EMPOWERING STUDENTS TO ARCHIVE THEIR GOALS
At St. Patrick School, our Leadership WIGs (Wildly Important Goals) are a central part of how we develop entrepreneurial leaders prepared for a changing world. Inspired by the principles of the Leader in Me program and Stephen Covey’s leadership framework, WIGs help students, teachers, and the entire school community stay focused on achieving meaningful, measurable goals. Whether it’s academic excellence, personal growth, community service, or well-being, each WIG is designed to cultivate responsibility, initiative, and leadership habits in every student. By setting, tracking, and celebrating their WIGs, our students learn to dream big, work collaboratively, and take ownership of their future — essential skills for success in school and beyond.
