LEADERSHIP IN ACTION
Through a wide variety of leadership roles across all grade levels, students are given real opportunities to demonstrate their skills in critical thinking, communication, collaboration, innovation, and service.
Whether leading school events, managing classroom responsibilities, mentoring younger students, or coordinating community service initiatives, our students embody the competencies they develop. These experiences allow them to strengthen their voice, agency, and impact — preparing them to become the leaders the world needs.
STUDENT LIGHTHOUSE TEAM
The Student Lighthouse Team is a group of student leaders who serve as role models and ambassadors of the school's leadership culture. Guided by the principles of The Leader in Me and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, they help promote leadership initiatives, organize schoolwide events, and foster a positive, inclusive environment across all grade levels. As part of their role, they work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and peers to support school improvement goals, encourage student voice, and lead by example in living out the values of responsibility, integrity, and service.
CLASS REPRESENTATIVES
Class Representatives play a key role in modeling the values of responsibility, service, and leadership that are at the heart of St. Patrick School’s mission. They participate in leadership meetings, help organize school initiatives, and support community-building activities within their grade.
ATHLETIC TEAM CAPTIAN
The School Sports Captain Team is made up of student-athletes who demonstrate excellence both on and off the field. Selected for their leadership, sportsmanship, and commitment to teamwork, these captains serve as role models for the entire athletic community. They are responsible for promoting school spirit, motivating their teams, leading warm-ups and practices, and representing the values of respect, perseverance, and fair play.
ADMISSION AMBASSADORS
Our Admission Ambassadors are a select group of students who proudly represent St. Patrick School to prospective families. Coming from diverse backgrounds and interests, they work closely with the Admission Office to lead campus tours, welcome visiting families, and share their personal experiences of life at St. Patrick.
