The Family Lighthouse Team is our dedicated parent-school collaborative association aligned with the Leader in Me framework. This non-profit entity works independently to support students, empower families, and enhance school life.
At St. Patrick School, the Family Lighthouse Team is an independent, non-profit entity created to serve as a vital link between the home, the school, and the broader community. Operating within the framework of our global Leader in Me accreditation, the team plays a transformative role in nurturing the culture of shared leadership, family involvement, and continuous institutional growth
Bridge for Connection and Collaboration
Serves as a positive, constructive link that aligns family participation with the school’s core mission, educational philosophy, and strategic goals ("Big Rocks").
Empowering Parent Leadership
Grounded in the belief that parents and guardians are primary role models, the team unlocks and amplifies adult leadership to positively impact student well-being, happiness, and academic success.
Transparent Communication
Enhances two-way dialogue between school leadership, faculty, and families, ensuring that essential updates, initiatives, and community feedback are shared constructively.
Resource & Event Mobilization
Coordinates, plans, and manages volunteers and voluntary contributions for extracurricular, cultural, athletic, and social responsibility events such as St. Patrick Family Day, Christmas showcases, and community service projects.
Community Alignment & Governance
Works alongside school administration to support student wellness, promote educational activities, and maintain a harmonious, value-driven learning environment governed by respect and ethical standards.

PARENT SCHOOL:
We offer workshops, conferences, and courses on educational and emotional topics relevant to student development.
MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES:
Regular family-teacher meetings support students’ academic and emotional progress through dialogue and collaboration.
COMMUNITY PROJECTS
Families are invited to participate in volunteer activities both within and beyond the school.
JOINT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES
We organize events such as sports days, cultural festivals, school fairs, and family gatherings.
